Connecting you and others through music
Group Music Therapy
Music Therapy doesn’t have to be 1-2-1 behind closed doors. Many people find benefit being in a group that meets regularly. Together as a group, you engage with the Music Therapy process alongside one or both of our Music Therapists.
Group Music Therapy is a way to connect with other people having similar experiences in life, finding meaning or support through each other as much as the therapists.
Groups run with a minimum of 4 individuals with attendence/membership to the group at the discretion of the facilitating Music Therapist(s). If the Music Therapist(s) do not think a group environment is suitable then 1-2-1 options will be offered or we will help to find you a group/network that meets your needs.
If you wish to join a waiting list you will be notified when a group/space becomes available.
